Introduction

With the global incidence of chronic and plateau diseases rising annually, traditional medications and treatment approaches face increasing limitations. This paper presents a non-pharmaceutical biological state science system based on graphene polarization technology, which demonstrates breakthrough achievements in improving the human water environment, activating cellular metabolism, and enhancing oxygenation capacity. This system is especially suitable for sub-health and plateau hypoxia conditions that cannot be systematically addressed by conventional drugs.
