Following discussions by the Foundation's Board of Directors, the Turkish Informatics Foundation hereby announces the following matters regarding the recruitment of a FinTech Consultant:
Criteria for Hiring a FinTech Consultant:
1.Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to financial technology, financial management, information technology, or similar disciplines, and possess extensive experience in relevant industries. Candidates should have held senior positions at internationally renowned institutions or companies and have a proven record of significant achievements in the FinTech sector.
2.Candidates should have widespread recognition and influence in the global FinTech community, having participated in or led FinTech projects or research with international impact, or published papers or reports in top-tier international journals or conferences.
3.Candidates must demonstrate exceptional innovative thinking, with the ability to propose and advance cutting-edge technologies and solutions in the FinTech field. They should have held leadership roles in the industry, led teams to complete projects with significant impact, and played a central role in cross-departmental collaboration.
4.Candidates should have received international or national-level awards related to FinTech or be widely recognized in the industry for their outstanding contributions to the field.
5.Candidates must possess an international perspective, capable of introducing advanced global FinTech concepts and practices to Türkiye, promoting the development of local FinTech, and representing Türkiye’s FinTech industry on the global stage.
Responsibilities of the FinTech Consultant:
1.Provide expert advice on the Foundation’s FinTech development strategy, formulate and promote the implementation of relevant policies and projects, ensuring the Foundation maintains a leading position in the FinTech field. The appointee will be responsible for developing a long-term strategic plan for Türkiye’s FinTech industry, advancing industry standardization and internationalization.
2.Lead the Foundation’s FinTech projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion while achieving expected outcomes. The appointee will spearhead multiple FinTech projects with international influence, driving the digital transformation of Türkiye’s FinTech sector.
3.Establish strategic partnerships with domestic and international institutions, companies, and experts in the FinTech field to enhance the Foundation’s influence. The appointee will represent the Foundation at international FinTech forums and conferences, elevating its global reputation.
4.Lead cutting-edge research in the FinTech domain, promoting the development and application of new technologies and tools to enhance the Foundation’s innovation capacity. The appointee will oversee multiple innovative projects, advancing the application of technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing in the financial sector.
5.Organize and participate in international training programs, seminars, and forums related to FinTech to improve the FinTech literacy of Foundation members and related businesses. The appointee will design and implement training programs in the FinTech field to foster industry talent development.
6.Integrate internal and external resources of the Foundation, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the efficient operation of FinTech projects. The appointee will facilitate resource coordination between the Foundation, government, businesses, and academic institutions, promoting multi-party collaboration.
